If you would like automatic email updates of properties that fits your criteria, email me with a description of what type of property interests you. Please include the general location, price range and whatever additional requirements you may desire.

Once you sign up to receive an initial list of all properties meeting your specific 
       requirements, you will be set up to receive an "Automated Email Notification" the second a newly listed property enters the market, or an existing listed property has a price change. 

Once you're set up, you don't have to do anything - just start checking your inbox for all of the new listings.
